I placed an order, can I cancel it?

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours free of charge. Due to all our dresses are custom-made for you, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. (If ordered rush order service, the $50 service fee will not be refunded).You can’t cancel your order after the dresses have been shipped.

How will I be notified of my order status?

Once your order is shipped from our factory, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided to us. You can track the state of your order online using the tracking number in the Email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us directly via e-mail at  service@eiwedding.com

Is it safe to shop on your web site?

Yes, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the transactions.

Do you have rush order service？

Yes. We can provide rush order service (12 days rush order), the mean processing time is 12 days and the mean shipping time is 3-5 days. You need to pay extra 30 U.S. dollars for this service.

When should I order?

For the orders usually take 18 - 25 business days for tailoring and delivery from us to the customer, so please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.
