efore returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our International Customer Service Department, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

General Returns

  1. All returns must let us customer support known within 24 hours from the time you receive the dress, and fill in the Application for refund we provide. We only accept products in their original condition. In particular, be sure of the dress sending back in correct size. Full refund will be denied for wrong size after we receive and check.

    Full refund herein does not include the shipping and handling cost for non-costume pieces. For costume pieces however, another fee is excluded, that is costume made fee!

    Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

  2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
  3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Canceled Orders

Before wedding dress tailoring, all dress orders canceled within 12 hours from the initial purchase will lose none of the merchandise purchase price for customers' color, size and style exchange. Once dress tailored, all dress orders canceled 12 hours later and 3 days before the initial purchase will lose 20% of the merchandise purchase price, also for above exchange need from customers. If a dress order with emergency fee extra paid, its cancellation will principally be denied, otherwise 50% of the merchandise purchase price will be lost with no emergency fee back.

Orders shipped from our stock inventory can not be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders.

We reserve the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. We shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing.

All Canceled Orders must be written done in email. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils and other Accessories. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. If your order has not been shipped by We, we will refund 100% of your money. We will try to work with you on canceled orders.

Other Merchandise

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils and other Accessories. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any 'In Stock' Items.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees

We can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
